Follow the Step to Add Google Chrome Theme
Step #1: Go To Tools->Extensions as shown in the figure.
Step #2: After open Extensions page in Google Chrome Drag and Drop Downloaded Theme to Extension Page as shown in the figure.
Step #3: After Drop message box will be open, then Click Add Button to add theme to Google Chrome.
Step #4: Now Enjoy your favorable theme.
